SUMMARY
Focus on Yes

Who are we?
We are a committed group of foodservice people with many years of experience in various fields of the industry- sales, procurement, logistics, distribution and marketing.
What are we about?
We are about connecting buyers and sellers of high quality food products with the objective of getting good value to all parties involved in the supply chain with honesty, integrity, and simplicity.
Why are we here?
As long time participants in the industry, we have seen an evolvement of the supply chain into a very complex system of pricing that involves costs of transportation, financing, storage, delivery and volume rebates. We believe in trying to simplify this now very complex model into a verifiable cost structure that makes all parties accountable and delivers product to the customer at a reasonable cost and a fair profit margin for the producer.
Being connected to large volume chain accounts that are looking for specific items with certain product specifications, we want to assist in the procurement process of getting these items to all their widely spread locations across the country at fair and equitable prices. This may involve a number of factors including production run quantities, volume commitments, transportation requirements, financing, and inventory controls. This will vary by account type and product type, but the objective is to create a fair and equitable supply situation for both parties that is manageable and accountable. We want to assist in eliminating as much cost as possible and creating a high level of trust and understanding between all parties.
What are we not?
We are NOT a traditional broker that represents certain products or "lines" that will be sold across all spectrums of the foodservice trade. We do NOT have sales people "on the street" calling on all types of foodservice operators. We try to find solutions for chain operators that need specific items or solutions to problems of maintaining consistency of producing items "in house". This is not part of the traditional method of sales and marketing within the foodservice industry, but as with most industries we see that things have changed and there is a vast difference in the requirements of operators. The sale of products to street accounts is vastly different from selling to large volume chain accounts that may require much more closely defined product specs and have the volume to support those requirements.
